I\'ve been using them for almost a year. I am a professional photographer and order TONS of prints from Adorama. Their shipping is fast. If I order on a Monday, I usually have it by friday. Quality is excellent, and online interface is great. I was sent someone else\'s pictures once. I called, got customer service first try, they printed and shipped my correct order same day and I received it right away. Other than that, never had any issues.

DON\'T BUY FROM THEM. There are better places to choose from. Don\'t take a chance with them. There costumer service is nonexistent and you can\'t get help when you need it. I\'m not sure if there not trying to commit some type of fraud. I wish I had time to explain the agony Adorama put me through. No one bothers to let you know when and if your item shipped. I could not tell if my item sipped or if it was lost or stolen. Not only were the items I ordered received late due to Adorama?s negligence but a camera lens of about $2,500 was damaged and no one fbothers to contact me to get an exchange or return. Learn from my experience. Avoid doing business with Adorama. DON\'T TAKE A CHANCE!

I have had very good results from Adorama. I particularly like their metallica prints, which one has a difficulty finding with other online businesses.

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**Their charges are exorbitant. I was charged $19.95 in shipping for a 4oz package that only cost $40. This was for 2 day shipping which they tell me won't be shipped until the fifth day and then may take 1-4 days before I receive it. Presumably, the favorabvle reviews I've seen are from shills...

Ordered six 8x10 prints with Kodak Professional Endura Metallic paper. $1.49 each and $4.95 shipping. Received in 5 days. Exceptional quality prints for the money.

Fast shipping, good web site, satisfactory prints. They use Kodak Royal and Portra Endura. I do not like either.

OFOTO gives better results but at higher prices. AdoramaPix is a wonderful service, the prints are good, well saturated, well color balance and nice glossy photographic images. Almost as good as OFOTO.
