PePhoto is famous for it\'s low prices and high quality photos. They are a great company until you have a problem. Even though they promise customer satisfaction and a redo or refund if you are not happy, be prepared for a LONG drawn out battle.
Their customer service seems to only be handled by a Lisa Wilk. This is the only person your email goes to under their \"contact us\" link. Don\'t bother asking for a supervisor or manager if you call the toll free number because they won\'t transfer you to one.
They are slow to responding to email, and contradict what they say while they are on the phone, so make sure you get their phone promises in an email to support your claim.
There also seems to be a disconnect between them and their credit department. According to Lisa, they only offer refunds once a week or once a month depending on how many they have! So do not expect a fast turn around even if they say so originally. I only found this out after a few phone calls and several emails!
Last, don\'t pay for the signature confirmation shipping upgrade as they do not pay for the service, but they gladly take your money for it. Packages are dropped at your door with no signatures.
Overall, their products are good quality, but when they make a mistake, you will pay for it dearly. Sometimes, low prices are not the best option. In this case, low prices mean low customer services. You pay for what you get. Don\'t waste your time with them. |

| Review by the truth, Rating: | | does anybody really believe all these fake reviews. very hard to believe that all these people managed to type reviews sans any real spelling or grammatical errors... just doesn\'t happen in real life.. it\'s all bogus. anyway, pephoto? i\'ve used them several times.. the quality is decent .. the customer service is less than adequate - almost rude sometimes - but eventually gets the job done... some of this is due to the chinese language barrier but so what else is new? they\'ve been fine for me.

Indeed the samples of prints they brought to the Expo were very good. So I have decided to try them and ordered (silly me!) 350 4x6 photos. All i received was total CRAP. the quality is soo low that the photos taken by a professional camera look like they were taken by a cheap disposable point'n'shoot. Overexposed, with green-yelowish cast on all photos.. skin looks dead.. ... |

| Review by Anna, Rating: | | The pictures were great prices and shipped quickly, but I'm an artist, so color is important, and they REALLY fell short on the color, even when I had specific instructions to make sure the colors remained brilliant. Instead, they were washed out, very yellowish, with the greens and reds being especially weak. Skin tones looked dead. I sent some prints back to be redone but haven't heard from them yet. |

The prints I got from Pephoto were printed on Konica Minolta paper and arrived in 3 days, and looked AWFUL! Lots of pixelation and aweful graininess. Red looking skin tones. These prints were terrible stay away!!!! |

I tried once more for kicks with 16x20s....printing ok but all the images had folds and dings on them...Just because the price is right doesnt mean the work and quality is!! |

| Review by B, Rating: | | I ordered about 70 pictures. They were pretty clear. (I ordered 4x6 - matt) My only complaint is that they put all the pictures in one envelope. The envelope had to be closed because it was so full. Otherwise they were great! |

The only complaint that I have is that they skimp on their packaging. My 300 something 4x6's were shipped packed about 100 photos to a print envelope. They were really packed in there, so much that the envelope had to be taped shut. Additionally, I ordered 4 8x10's and 2 5x7's to test out the quality. These were shipped in an envelope and arrived with bent corners, because the cardboard that was put in the envelope to protect them was not large enough. However, for the price, I couldn't complain too much. Give them a try - they're acceptable for the money. |

The prints come out great in my opinion, black and whites turn out great without prism effects on edges I got from clubphoto, and 20x30 for 9.99 turn out great as well as I have ordered 3 and they turned out great. |
