I love them. I have used them for 3 years. Only once did they crop the pics incorectly and they sorted the entire order out. ANother time I screwed the order up and they called me to confirm the order! That's service. Color qulaities are excellent.

I found the print quality to be the best of the services I've tried (costco, pephoto). The turnaround time has improved on the last coulple of orders, I'm getting them in about a week instead of two. Their cart is unwieldy when you have lots of photos. It would be nice to have an optional text view (no thumbnails) for choosing the sizes. I give the print quality 5/5, the web site 3/5.

I ordered arround 100 various sizes photos from them after reading some reviews on dpreview forums... I was really dissapointed after I've got the results... All photos came reddish, and nothing looks worse then a mans face which is reddish (like some kind of alcoholic). Actually it was worst price/performance from all online printing services which I tried (5 of them). I didn't send photos back only because I didn't want pay for shipping them back... But maybe I'm just unlucky, it was only one order...

Great quality and great price! Can't beat this combination. This is my favorite as they offer both gloosy and matte, and everything comes at a great price. Also, great customer service!!!

I ordered around six 8x10s and a bunch of 5x7s. The quality of the photographs was really good, much better than local walmart. The only problem with them was that they cropped my 8x10 images a bit. The files i sent were exactly 2400x3000 (300 dpi), and had 0.5 inch white borders with some text, and that text got cropped. Still, the photos were very very good.
